How it actually works
This is how LetsAsk works at the different stages of getting feedback, before, under and after.
Recieving the invite

Submitting the feedback
- We do not track, store or collect any cookies, tokens, browser-information, location information, IP-address or any other data that can identify you, your location or your devices
- We delay your feedback into our database by random 15-60 minutes, to ensure a certain timing cannot be monitored or noticed
- We do not save any of personal information together with the feedback
- We do not even know if you submitted the feedback or not
- Answering in votings we do not store any data about who voted or what you voted
After submission of feedback
- Any information if you particpiated or did not participate in any feedback
- We do not store if you got an invite or not
- There is a minimum of 5 response thresholds when generating any form of analytics
What you need to be aware of
However, there is also an open area text, where you can write comments or feedback. In this case, you need to be very aware of giving any information about you, a colleque, a person or a manager.
We do use AI to block potential naming, but its not 100% accurate, so we urge you not to write anything that identify you or other people.
