What are some good questions to ask Employees to get their workplace experience and feedback?
The below questionaire sample is based on ratings from 1 to 10. To get the best employee experience and feedback, you should also give an option to give a comment to each of the ratings. That will help you understand the rating better and why it was rated as it was.
Management
- Do you get the help and support needed from your closest manager or teamleader in most cases?
- Do you get recognised for your work and efforts?
- How would you rate your relationship with your closest manager or teamlead?
