We are looking for a professional sales representative that will follow up on leads and generate new sales in various ways. You will identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversations. You will do online demos to potential customers of our cloud software product.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Doing online demos to potential customers explaining and showing cloud product
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Creating new sales opportunities
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
  • If you have experience within HR and employee management a huge plus
  • Must have good experience on B2B sales (min. 2 years)
  • High level fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Organized, honest and always professional
  • Have good understanding of giving amazing customer service
  • Always have focus on closing deals 🙂

Who we are

LetsAsk® is a cloud based 360° employee experience software platform that measures employee’s happiness and well-being. This gives employees a voice and help organizations gain valuable insights into their organization and help them grow, attract, and retain talent. It basically sends a survey via email and mobile every month to measure employee happiness.

We are looking for a passionate and friendly customer support person, that will take good care of our customers and their support requests and who really understand the value of amazing support. You will communicate with our customers via e-mail, chat, and phone and help with onboarding new customers from start to finish implementation.

Job responsibilities

  • Answering support calls via phone, e-mail, and chat
  • Assist onboarding new customers onto our cloud product platform and follow up on new customers
  • Work with product and development team to give feedback from customers, to design better user-interface
  • Creating support articles, support training videos, and other relevant customer support guides
  • Manage product wish-lists to new features from customers
  • General support and help to customers and teams

Your profile

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • High level fluent in English, spoken and written
  • 2+ year experience with customer support within IT and software related products
  • Organized, honest and always professional
  • Able to think outside of the box
  • Strong communication skills

We are looking for an experienced backend developer with key knowledge in C#, React and SQL based technologies. You will be a part of a small team working on creating new modules, functions and features on our employee experience platform.

Job responsibilities

  • C# programming
  • general .NET libraries and following .NET sub-technologies
  • Entity Framework, React
  • Implement systems with emphasis on quality, high-performance and security
  • Create and maintain unit-tests
  • Design and implement user interfaces
  • Participate in end-to-end testing
  • Provide support related to implemented platforms to company customers and staff
  • Create technical documentation of the product

Your profile

  • 3-5 years development experience
  • Bachelor Engineering/Computer Science
  • Strong drive to deliver results.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in .NET Framework – Core Framework, Entity Framework
  • Knowledge in Database SQL Server strongly recommended
  • Knowledge in Testing – unit testing, end-to-end test automation
  • Knowledge in Azure DevOps (Source Control, Work Items)
  • Knowledge of Cloud – Windows Azure

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist, that will work to promote our brand and presence on internet sites such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will responsible for our marketing efforts and help generate sales and leads via online SEO, advertisement and campaigns online.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Create digital content including blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, etc.
  • Establish our online presence and create brand awareness.
  • Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices.
  • Create a unique brand identity online.
  • Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
  • Create and monitor Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
  • Spread the company’s message through social media and other online mediums.
  • Increase the company’s sales through online marketing.
  • Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
  • Supervise ROI and KPIs.

Your profile

  • BSc degree in Marketing or similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage
  • A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
  • Quality content generation and management skills.
  • Effective leadership and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
