We help import all your employees onto the platform via excel csv file, we help implement or update survey questions if needed, we upload your logo, we give 30 min. introduction to one admin. (Onboarding done remotely via teams or zoom call)
Yes, all plans comes with 14 days free trial, where you can test our platform with a number of employees. If you like it, you can upgrade to a paid plan and continue using your account.
To sign up and test our platform, no credit card is needed. But if you want to upgrade to a paid subscription, your credit card is needed to make recurring payment.
Yes, it’s free to use for your employees, they will never be charged. Just select the number of employees in your plan and you are good to go.

Yes of course. You can buy onboarding plan at $299. We do recommend this, to get the best start and understanding of all the product features.
You can cancel your subscription inside our platform. Just go to Settings > Billing and hit the cancel subscription button and your subscribtion will end automatically at the end of the prepaid subscription period.
